Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69 USD.

For orders below $69 USD, a flat standard shipping fee of $9.99 USD will be applied at checkout.

Expedited shipping is available for a flat fee of $19.99 USD.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Time & Tracking

All orders are shipped from China.

Standard shipping: Approximately 7–12 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping: Approximately 5–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking status to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you have not received your package within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at support@zorpeli.com.

After investigating the shipment, we will either resend your order or provide a full refund where appropriate.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
