For orders below $150 USD, a flat shipping fee of $18 USD will be applied at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time & Tracking

All orders are shipped from China.

Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking updates to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you have not received your package within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at support@zorpeli.com.

We will either resend your order or provide a full refund.
