Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error or a verified product defect.

We do not offer exchanges.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, and improper storage are not considered product defects.


30-Day Quality Warranty

If your item develops a verified quality issue within 30 days of delivery, please contact us for assistance.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

For verified quality-related issues, we will cover any necessary repair or reshipment costs.


After 30 Days

For issues reported after 30 days, or for damage caused by wear, usage, accidents, or improper care, refunds are not available.

However, we offer repair services whenever possible. Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs, and repair fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
